American Craft BBQ is a brand operated by Nice Cosas, LLC.

This policy applies to all merchandise purchased through https://americancraftbbq.com.

Because many of our products are made on demand, returns and exchanges are handled differently than traditional retail products.


 

1. Made-to-Order Products

 

Many products sold on American Craft BBQ are print-on-demand items produced specifically for your order by our fulfillment partner.

Because each item is made after your order is placed, we generally do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before ordering.


 

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect

 

please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo(s) clearly showing the problem

 

We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • A refund

  • Store credit

 


 

3. Lost Packages

 

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.

If the shipping carrier confirms the package was lost, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Please allow reasonable time for carrier investigations when necessary.


 

4. Incorrect Shipping Address

 

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to recover the package.

If you notice an error immediately after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to correct it before the order is processed.


 

5. Size Exchanges

 

Because our products are produced on demand, we generally do not offer size exchanges.

Please review the sizing chart provided on each product page before ordering.

If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend ordering carefully or selecting a size you are comfortable with.


 

6. Refund Method

 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


 

7. Order Cancellations

 

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Because print-on-demand production begins quickly after an order is placed, cancellations may not always be possible.
